The thing is, that "storm" was a poor excuse for a storm. I was talking to a friend in Santa Rosa yesterday and they were getting ready for 6" of rain. If we get 2" Jay is going to be one pissed off webmaster.Comment

My friend is driving back from Lake Tahoe, they had winds up to 140mph on the mountain they said and 10ft of snow. The storm coming to LA is worrisome because of the fire damaged areas.
I'm camping in with movies, popcorn, oh yea and computer as well.

Well... we got the cold weather already... maybe the front'll pass us by without so much in the way of street-surfing.
Besides the mudslides, I think that's what sucks the most about heavy rain around here... damn streets have no real drainage on them and each turn into little rivers.-D.

The storm hit Northern California this morning. Massive rain, and winds gusting up to 80mph. I've never seen such a thing. Destroyed my back yard, taking out three good sized trees, and I was without power from 10am until 2pm which totally sucked.
