I don't know MrDeiz but I find his offer very fair. Now if you have an idea and are interested in pitching him it, the only thing you have to do is to ask him to email you, then arrange a meeting.
In that meeting, you need to figure out if you want him as a partner and if he wants you too. A partnership need to be win-win otherwise it's gonna crash no matter what. It also need to be a completion of you, and you need to be the completion of him, unless you're only looking for an ATM. And if he's honest, he will not have a problem signing an NDA.
