    I was under the impression RAPE was illegal

    So why have I found REAL rape videos on random traffic sites? I would post the links but I don't think I should. Is this legal to do?
    And when I say real I mean screaming, crying, screaming no. This isn't acting. The men are masked.

                  Of course if it's legal you can report it, but be aware that there are some GOOD fake rape videos out there where of course the woman is crying and screaming no. If they weren't, it wouldn't look much like a rape.

                  I just don't see someone raping someone and putting it online and risking being ID'd...whether they're masked or not.

Look at it this way - if you have a partner who likes to get tied up as part of sexual play, it's not illegal restraint. But if you take someone against their will and tie them up to hold them hostage, that would be illegal. You would perform exactly the same things on each of them, only in first case it is a simulated restraint with full consent of your partner, whereas in other it is against their will. Same with rape. If you have a partner who gets off on being treated like shit, beaten, and fucked as if you were raping her (there are girls like that out there) there is nothing illegal about it.

                                                                                                      Regardless, if the video IS real, then you're absolutely correct in that it should be removed.

                                                                                                      IF however it IS fake, whether you or I like it or not (I don't and didn't click on the link in fact because I have no desire to see it), BECAUSE it's an act between consenting adults, it's actually something that anyone in our industry should at the very least DEFEND. Charley Sheen (he's a tool) seen one of them and reported it to FBI cause it was so realistic he had no doubt that was a real snuff movie. Guinea Pig are a series of Japanese gore movie form the 80s. They were pretty good considering they were made in the 80s.
