Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but the only place I noticed Untitled appearing was in the top menu bar. To change that, you need to set a custom menu in WP (Appearance > Menus). Create a menu with whatever pages/categories/whatever you want in it and save. Then on the right-hand side under "Theme Locations" select the menu you just created from the "Top Menu" dropdown and click save.
