ok, someone explain to me how an affiliate goes about promoting on megarotic?

they cant add or change a watermark, they can't link to a site with an affiliate code. does anyone actually think that megarotic is going to allow 5000 webmasters to upload 2:00 clips as part of their producer program even? they aren't the rights holders.

i know why this went out, and all programs should have a written stance on it, but for 99% of these sites listed, trying to use them with small tiny clips when the full movies are already on that network is silly. those people have worked long and hard getting our full length shit on there and i can tell you that when the dmcas start coming in for titles and series, there will be someone pulling down all the 2:00 stuff, trust me.

*what is going to happen is once these networks start seeing us devaluing their sites that are predominantly full length scenes with our spammy 2 minute clips of 1 minute 45 seconds of lead in and 15 seconds of sex, they will mass delete anything under 2:00. uploading 2:00 clips to those sites is retarded. when you start changing the percentage of long ass clips to short ass ones by the volume of 2:00 clips going up, mark my words, they are not going to allow us to detract from their hard work of stealing all our shit and driving people to it that don't want to pay anyhow. those sites are not going to allow us, (the very people who fucking made them bank), to turn their free porn paradises into mgps. not gonna happen. keep dreaming.

keep taking SE rankings, keep hitting google with dmcas to take your serps back, keep fighting the battle. thats all you can hope for until laws are changed. repealing the dmca and rewriting it is one of the very few ways that anything is going to happen, and even then, on the global level in cases like pirate bay where they are in a country with no respect to our copyrights, what you gonna do then. WIPO needs to get involved. This industry needs lobbyists. Plain and simple.

snizzshare.com IS so far the only legitimate tube site with any kind of traffic that actually works, and i've seen with a legitimate business model. i know, my content is on there and it actually does do sales. if there are more, and not this "WITH TRAFFIC" i will upload our stuff there to help add some more equity to your inventory of vids. 1000 hits a day is not traffic. i know theres gonna be 10000s of you that are gonna start these tube sites now, but i just dont have the manpower to upload stuff to them unless they already have established traffic like jays does. if you want to snake the free content yourself and be your own affiliate on the smaller ones, that is fine.

what i see us having to do is uprade the free porn network to 2.0 to confuse and guide all those people to the new communities that mimick tube sites and torrent sites. build the existing MGP community into TEVS style sites with business models that work for us the community. the more you can confuse the consumer away from the bad networks, the better for everyone, but its gonna be hard to confuse them without adapting and innovating. i applaud TEVS for their software. i think they will make money hand over fist if they approach mgps into converting to TEVS. it really is what i would call the new MGP model and they can make a killing if they do a good job marketing the TEVS software to MGP owners to upgrade to 2.0 environment.

torrent and tube sites wont be the end of the paysite business, but they sure are one pain in ass.

we will be adopting a policy pretty much to the effect of what topbucks has laid out here, just for the record, and to say we did it.

i didn't mean to go off on a tangent, i just don't see these big thief sites allowing us to flood their valuable full length sites with our little tiny "hey go buy me" kinda shit that you cant beat off too.

Great to see TopBucks taking some proactive steps

In wanktube's case it was adding our logo to the videos.

Many of the approved ones do the same, so not sure whats up with that, but its their content so up to them
