Knife crime here is pretty bad. Did the government suggest we all carry knives ?? No. They launched a campaign to get knives off the streets.

Did everyone do it ? No.

Should everyone instead have been encouraged to start carrying a knife? You know, to defend themselves against the people who still have them ?

Should we make our teachers have knives in school ?

That's the solution here, right ??
