    What's going on with reflected.net?

    Something is very wrong over there. They use to answer all my tickets within 15 minutes. If i call, it's answered ever time 24/7. Now, my tickets go answered for a month! I have been calling them non-stop for a week & no one answers.

          I've been with them for years and they always respond within 10 mins. Also this month. Hard to believe what you are saying.

              I have multiple tickets a day with them, 7 days a week, and I always get a reply within 15 minutes (usually faster). If it's really busy and they can't do right away (happens rarely), they still respond to the ticket to confirm that they will start on it soon.
              Only problem I sometime have is reaching them by phone on Sundays at odd hours (like when there is an emergency).

                  I sent an email a few days ago about email aliases and it took them two hours to do it and it came with an apology because they are usually so much quicker.

                  You sure your emails are reaching them?
