Something is very wrong over there. They use to answer all my tickets within 15 minutes. If i call, it's answered ever time 24/7. Now, my tickets go answered for a month! I have been calling them non-stop for a week & no one answers.
What's going on with reflected.net?

I have multiple tickets a day with them, 7 days a week, and I always get a reply within 15 minutes (usually faster). If it's really busy and they can't do right away (happens rarely), they still respond to the ticket to confirm that they will start on it soon.
Only problem I sometime have is reaching them by phone on Sundays at odd hours (like when there is an emergency).Comment
