Cams are a very hard sell. Takes a lot of pre-work to get people geared up to pay for a girl.
Members area traffic definitely sells, so it leads me to believe, you have to have a source of traffic that's proven card holders who are not afraid to spend or at best, a site that they return to a lot to finally get them to check out the cams.
I do find that live video chat type ads do help too though. Try maybe gearing the source of the traffic from a page with embedded chat ad that resembles your whitelabel? Worth a shot.
Cam sites convert well from cam traffic. And very bad or never from some other traffic. It is a niche, if you send teen traffic to mature granny sites, it may not work. So what you see it is normal according to traffic source.

No, its not that hard. It's just that alot of people may be doing it wrong.
What I see is this : Pop-ups, Pop-unders, generic banners, misleading text links etc, all send people to a cam site, but it is nothing at all what the customer wanted to see. Misdirection never works.
Try this:
Pick a couple of cam models that you want to promote, using a good old fashioned banner. Include a photo of that cam model in the banner along with some sales-y text. Link the banner to your landing page that includes more information and pics of that model. Avoid generic stuff - include honest info about that model and a few of the best pics you can get. From that page, include a link to the cam model's chat room or profile page on the cam site.
The traffic you end up with will be properly filtered and highly qualified. Your clicks will be less but your conversions will be higher.
If you would like to experiment with this idea by sending this traffic to us, contact me and I will give you some stats on some of the best converting models, when they chat, and how reliable they are.
I knew we where not going to get server logs - but we would really need them to make a comment.
Way to many variables.
Edit: See above - Something like Crack Rev would be a good idea - They do all the pre-selling for you. You just need to send traffic.
What are you smoking? Server logs? How about my drug tests and urine sample?
Do you know what "white label" is? Banner click thru traffic? What do "server logs" have to do with this?
Im guessing you're just trolling.

So they click on that banner and see "Last time this model was online - 65 hours ago" then what?

Yes linking to specific models in a live site when these are offline it is plain wrong
But I don't think he meant you link the chat of a girl and if she's offline that's it...
Normally the site should redirect to some active girl; as example in tubecamgirl.com you open the home and there's always some girl there, whoever she is online (I sure can't know in advance, girls are unpredictable). Even you hard-link to a model page, if she's offline, guy is redirected to home so to a model online.
I believe most cam sites got some feature like this, even affilaites can be so cool to find a way to link offline models custom way.

Calm down - Nobody wants your logs - I am saying that to answer your question that is what we would need.
They eat traffic. And I have always had my doubts with them. What do they what other cam sponsors don`t. Perhaps i need to send them a email and complain and then money starts rolling in.

What doubts do you have? Can you share your thoughts? Aside from the eating traffic point you mentioned, I am interested in hearing your thoughts. I just very recently started using Pussy Cash for my WL's. Oren has been pleasant to deal with but since I'm very new to the program as I am testing them out with my sites, I like to hear more about the program from those who are familiar or use it.
I have my WL's with them and one of my sales were from the
1st Dec $ 17.50 (same person)
2nd Dec $ 26.50 (same person)
And then on the same day 2dec, I noticed both those REV sales were listed as refunded -$43.75. I was told that the person who bought those credits did a chargeback. I just figured that once you entered your VVC number with your cc and you made 2 purchases on two different days, there would be no way you can do a chargeback. And the chargeback was a little quick.
Oh and here's my stats below. As Horatio mentioned, I was expecting better ratios too. My traffic is 100% search engine, no banners, all clicked, no redirect so my traffic is virgin and targeted with my domain names.

Not that much of a niche as you just gave an example. If you send mature traffic to mature cams its not nearly as useless as if you send teen traffic to mature sites.

Possibly better example it can be made, just saying. At onr our cam program we got several affiliates and even just with the free signup ratio, who sends cam traffic is 1:15 and who send some other is 1:1500 or worst, this is a 100+ times different ratio on free signups which cost nothing it is just, some (adult) traffic source simply do not care to cams even for free. Cam traffic it may be from chatroulette-like sites or cam girl review forums and such, it is very rare and precious traffic.
