Do people shoot guns in your neighborhood for New Years?

In my hometown and I'm sure in many other places, it is custom to fire off shots into the air when the clock strikes twelve....I'm not particularly fond of it, especially since this year, I'm sitting next to an open window.

Fuck yea they do that trashy shit here in NC. Scares the shit out of me too. When you have drunk fucks popping off shots things can never be good. Any minute now a stray bullet could bust my window out and tear my face off. Shits scary

Yep. Southern Cali it's pretty much given that it happens all over. They are seriously cracking down this year in L.A. County and other areas but I doubt that will hinder it much. I'm sitting by an open window right now too. Still have an hour and a half to go.

Yes they shot them off here in AZ too. Not usually in Tempe where I live, but they shoot off guns in Phoenix. I hope the bullet comes down and hits them for being so damn dumb.
