John, Where is My Lawsuit?

I checked the Cleveland County filings today at the courthouse. I even checked Oklahoma county just in case your stupid ass filed in the wrong country. I checked the US Case Party Index through PACER and also searched our local federal district court as well John's local district. No filings anywhere.

So why is my lawsuit at, John? I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. You made all of these obnoxious threats to file, get your ass in gear and lets get this one filed. I'm getting inpatient here. You do know what is going to happen if you don't file, don't you?

I was actually going to rent a santa suit and go with another guy to help serve summons around Ohio when he decided to set a small claims record and file 394 lawsuits against spammers in one day. They were all filed about 4 days before Christmas. He had spent the previous year tracking them down and was finally ready to go by X-mas.

Holidays are just another day on the calendar. I work year around, on weekends and at night. Holidays were invented so lazy people had an excuse for why they were not doing something productive. As far as watching the ball drop, I have seen that before. Its the same ball every year and when it gets to the bottom, an indicator lights up telling me what year it is. Thanks, but I know what the year is. I have a clock on my computer. It will tell me when the new year has arrived. You'd think that after watching the ball drop tonight, people would put the right year on things, right? But I am sure someone will send me a check in a couple of days dated for 1/3/2007.

As for filing, this would be real fast. Lot of lawyers are on vacation this time of year and a lawsuit can take awhile to write up. As for taxes, I don't think a multi-million dollar company really is concerned about the $40 filing fee being on this fiscal year.
