I mean, you ever seen a jail in Belize? Fucking rats won't live in them! Not to mention the fact that whatever passes for "justice" there moves with the rapidity of melting lard. US civil rights do not apply there in the slightest litle bit and Americans accused of crimes or wanted for questioning can be incarcerated essentially forever while the bribe-lubricated wheels of justice turn.
