If I were him I wouldn't want to return to the US after I'd posted all over drug blogs that I had manufactured illegal drugs for recreational use. Let alone wanted in connection with a murder. Although the US is much more lenient with murders then drug manufactures. And yes, I realize that he won't be tried here for the murder, but extradition is very possible.
