Do you change your screen birghtness daily or just "max it out" as bright as it gets?

    Do you change your screen birghtness daily or just "max it out" as bright as it gets?

    just wondering... I tend to keep it dim, but juice it for photo video work. I am by no means a pro photo editor or color calibrator but the bright screen gives me the "square eyes" -

    try dimming your screen and see if your eyes feel better.

    My LCD brightness is at the lowest setting. I use contrast to ease the brightness level.

                I just let my Mac auto-adjust the screen brightness depending upon ambient light ;)

                  I use color calibration software and hardware to optimize the monitors. I have the auto-brightness disabled.

                    I turn mine down pretty low. We got flourescent lights too, I fucking hate it. I take them out quick and make my office like a cave. It's either that or I wear sunglasses, and I hate that even worse.

                    I don't want to be THAT guy wearing the sunglasses inside. Fuck that.
