Wow, that is incredible! I'm surprised no on on GFY found it useful. I found my last few cars through GFY, my wife found her last two jobs and we've bought and sold many items on CL as well.

Use Greasemonkey

Can't take credit for this one myself, but someone posted this information on another board and I thought it was VERY useful for those of us perusing CL in any of it's various forums. If you use Firefox as your browser (if not - download it already!) all you have to do is download an add-on called greasemonkey and an additional script for it that enables a CL thumbnail preview below each posting with pictures. Really badass - it'll save you a ton of time clicking ad by ad, whether you're pooning or just looking for a futon or whatever the fuck. hehehe

What you need is:
1. install firefox web browser (http://www.firefox.com)
2. install greasemonkey add-on for firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748)
3. install a greasemonkey script called "Craigslist image preview" (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/6155) and enable it.

That happened to me too. I just kept going back and the page finally worked like it was supposed too. Here's a link to what it looks like once installed.

Working now. I had to reload the browser with Greasemonkey installed...Then when it was in and I clicked the link again, it gave me the install prompt. This is awesome for looking at cars/real estate.
