Not everyone likes or appreciates tubes, but regardless of what anyone chooses to believe, the DMCA laws validate most of these types of sites as legal. Right or wrong, the issue is with the law as it is written. That's what needs to be challenged. In the meantime, the proliferation of content and tubes is a widespread epidemic now, from youtube to vimeo to the adult tubes. In the end, there is little difference between any of them, except they are validated by a law that was poorly conceived.

I believe you're correct in thinking people didn't know the tube site involvement at first. I should of been clearer in my posts and directed my comments to those who sent praise after the tube site and self-uploading, which violates dmca, became clear.
