    How legit is this? IPhone in Canada

    Resellers? Not contractually obligated to AT&T because it's not the US?
    Are these hacked IPhones?

    There's no mention of Apple anywhere. In fact, the site says "Both Rogers and Fido don't officially support IPhone" and yet it's guaranteed to work with Rogers or Fido.

    Something seems really fishy about this. They're advertising on Facebook.

      Apple intends to offer the iPhone in real countries only which of course would exclude Canada.

      Clearly the site you mention is not legit.

          Lots of complaints here about their "next day shipping"

          They appear to use a solution called a TurboSim card to unlock the phone.

              After searching I couldn't find a single person who had actually received their phone from them yet.

                  A lot of my friends have the iphone on the rogers cable network.

                  rogers years ago use to be AT&T

                      AT&T owns rogers now.

                      I've seen people with them and played with it a little... it's pretty cool but there's better phones out there with the same features. Carriers don't offer it yet but you can buy unlocked/hacked/whatever phones that work on all networks.

                          The site is legit.

                          I was gonna order one before I got wrapped up in Xmas madness:P

                          They resell unlocked phones.
                          Apple would have a legal issue with them i'm sure tho.

                              Wrong. AT&T does not own Rogers in the least. They merely bought about 1/3 stake in Rogers cell phone division along with British Telecom. It was more of a partnership network move that expands Rogers cell phone service through AT&T and BT networks.
