The cam side of your operation leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to communication. Emails go unanswered for up to 1 month. Even AH will not answer ICQ or emails. Not only frustrating but totally unprofessional.

I'm sorry to hear that but ICQ is very problematic and we do have Skype now.

In my experience, DG is hugely responsive to communication from affiliates (and I'm comparing this to well over 60 other similar companies). If you can't get a response via email then ICQ or Skype messages tend to get an immediate answer (and you can't get better than that). I'd hazard a guess that if someone's had a problem with communication, it could be down to emails going astray. Either that or just a little bad luck. DG is pretty much like a geeky friend who's always online!
