I use it with a combination of Finasteride (Propecia). The side effects are, that I can't give blood to pregnant women. My dick still gets hard and I still cum once a day.

You have to attack it early, if you don't it really won't work. I've been doing it for 5 years, no complaint.
I get my pills from Germany, and generic Minoxidil at my local Sam's Club.
