People on this board know of my other profession, that of a celebrity photographer. I'm sorry, but I can guarentee that 90% of that stuff is not legally licensed from the copyright holders. For one thing, that's too much material. License agreements for each and every photograph taken from the uncountable copyright holders who shot them, would make a pile of legal license documents about 25 feet high and weighing half a ton. Secondly, IF and only IF they WERE legally licensed, licenses generally grant a "one time right usage" in a magazine, newspaper or website. But it certainly would not include RESALE of any kind.

And any other negative comments posted in this thread I agree with.

The fact that you have them is theivery. And you trying to sell them is copyright infringement, and the fact that you are reslling something you don't have the rights to is fraud. I guarentee if I browsed over all "Your Pics" I would find some of my work (I have been in the biz 20 years) and a host of my friends work. I spend an hour a day sending "cease and desit" letters to website infringers of my and others material. You all fucking suck big mouse cock. Including UPSTANDING Mr. Skin.
