Gravity relies on interrelation of two or more objects with mass. Light is a particle which apparently has no mass, and because it moves at theoretical maximum speed, does not experience time. Total crap, of course, but that is what the current thinking is.
Both phenomena are clearly constrained by time, which, though we can't perceive it, may affect matter which has the capability of manifesting properties outside our particular temporal reference. In this context, speed is irrelevant.
