    The Poles got sold out in WWII?

    So the Poles fought with the good guys and at the end of WWII the Americans and British sold them out and let Stalin keep Poland?
    I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

      You just learned this today? But, for the record, Stalin was considered one of the good guys in that war.

              Stalin wasn't considered good by anybody, he was as bad as Hitler. It came down to 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' but everybody knew Stalin was evil.

              George S Patton wanted to kick Stalin's ass after Germany surrendered and he was right - think of all the lives that would have been saved if they had defeated Stalin too. No Korean War, no Vietnam War.

                                  It was a race.
                                  The Brits and Americans liberated the western part of Europe.
                                  Russia cam from the other side and liberated much of the "eastern block" including Poland.
                                  For the Scandinavian countries it was very daunting as the Russians were very to beat the Brits.
