    I make no assumption about any company or anyone in this thread.
    However many CP pervs and scammers will use a sponsors program as a form of billing for their crap.
    IE "Join this site and we will let you see this too"
    Most sponsors are unaware that this is going on and report it to the ASACP as soon as they find it.
    To be honest its not that hard when a new affiliate is converting nearly everything he sends you and many of the joins never access the site they joined.
    Just a little info for those who have not scene or heard of this before.

                The accusations are true.
                It's been stated over and over that they know and refuse to do anything about it.

                And yes, it is ridiculous that you would back a company like this without reading the thread. These posts have been going on for some time, and the fact that ICS/Playboy/Adult.com is banning people for talking about these things is crap.

Platinum bucks is allowing that to go on and happily accepting the traffic. It's shit like this that has to stop in this industry if we hope to survive. Kissing the ass of people just because they buy banner spots is stupid if that one banner spot buyer is hurting the business of all your other advertisers.

They say they have all this content and super servers yet all they do is upload to rapidshare and sites like that. It's a fraud all the way through. I love that Playboy is a Platinum sponsor for asacp and slam down the people trying to fight cp. Platinumbucks is a corporate sponsor of the asacp but in my eyes it's little more than a pr move since they keep doing shady stuff. I'm in no way associated with any of this matter, but a few observations must be pointed out because I'm wondering why everyone is making such a big deal out of this subject.

                                                                                                                                                    1) There is no actual warez hosted on that site, just links to Rapidshare downloads (mind you, more than half of them are broken...). All these links can be found on other sites I bet. Warez Quality seems to simply index the links, just like The Pirate Bay indexes and tracks torrent files. Speaking of which, Warez Quality is hosted in Sweden from the looks of it, making whatever they're currently doing totally legal in that country.

                                                                                                                                                    2) There is no CP on that site. You can type anything into the search engine box and have results show up. I do something similar with a viral media site of mine to get a few search engine hits. Good traffic from a simple PHP script. Also, there seems to be a filter in place on that site that now prevents you from doing any searches related to CP.

                                                                                                                                                    3) This point is a bit off topic, but shit, whoever actually pays for this crap is a moron. Have you heard of the saying, "A sucker is born every minute"?

                                                                                                                                                    A grim way to look at this whole ordeal: the people who sign up are keeping the sponsors alive, and they'll be able to fund your checks when you send a sale in the future. It's just a vicious cycle that ends up benefiting you in the end. There's nothing clean about this operation, but shit, if it puts food on my table when I come home, I'm sure as hell not complaining. The guys who actually spend money on warez will end up paying for my porn one day, even if the free alternatives exist (like the tubes and the millions of T/MGPs out there). Sad but true.

Mind you, I don't agree with a lot of things in this world, and I'm sure as hell not taking any sides on this battle since it's too fragile of a topic when CP gets involved. If you only placed your soap box in the middle of more important matters in this world, then I would have really congratulated you. Here's a suggestion for you: go help out at your local homeless shelter this Christmas Eve if you really want to make a difference in this world.

I agree they should filter that somehow ( I don't know the tech issues) and I agree with the torrent and stolen stuff, then again it's quite a difference between CP and torrents, just that, the thread would be the same without that title and that screencap taken by ignorance or with an intention to cause damage.
