                  all publishers are good publishers unless they are doing some shady stuff.

                  but regarding whale., i would say in these times, 10+ daily sales.to a single sponsor.

                                  So if they are promoting membership sites and push 20 sponsors they have to send over 1,000 sales a day to be considered a whale by each sponsor? I think not.

                                      The answer is that a whale to any program are the top few affiliates. So if you're a 10 join a day program and two affiliates are sending four of those joins they are whales.

                                      If you are a 100 join program a day and one affiliate sends 10 joins and the other sends 15, they are your whales.

                                      And these days, if we are talking the person sending the most joins being the whale, with the number of in-house joins many programs get from their own free sites, the program itself is usually it's own whale.
