Thats always good for PR and traffic, since there are alot of sites that mirror WP and ask.com gets alot of their stuff from there. Don't mention the article here otherwise someone will edit it out and then when you add it back in you'll appear to be self-promoting. Its a nice little trap the assholes set, been there, done that. Free advice, take it for what it's worth.

It is an older version of WP and the header would not work with upgrade.

I don't need webmaster traffic, they only comment spam or copy my stuff anyway.

Ebay is an authority site, If you have a pretty small blog with say 300 backlinks and then you suddenly get 10,000 backlinks instantly from wiki spam sites you are going to get banned.

You clearly dont know what you are talking about. Shut up while you are not too far behind. I have my PR on several of my domains due to the fact that I managed to get them into wikipedia and keep them there long enough for Google to see it and for it to get mirrored out. Using the PR I got from that I made other links with sites that actually mattered before wikipedia killed my additions. Before that, the only links in I had were from my other sites and assorted, unimportant places.
