Rollerblades - skates, which one for a newbie?

    So, these:

(agressive, wheels are smaller and they're slower, for stunts and shit)

    or these:

(inline, bigger wheels -hence harder to drive?- faster, for racers)

I dont know to ski, dont know to ice-skate, I havent ridden any type of boot with wheels before. Which one should I buy? I am a biker and motobiker, but I wanna get these just for occasional fun.

rollerblades! skates, for me at least, were too hard to master. put on a pair of rollerblades and went nuts. then i learned how to ski from rollerblades cause you have to "sit" in them the same way you do a ski boot (they are the same minus the wheels).

however, skate in whatever is comfortable for you. this was just my

I have a pair similar to the second one, with big wheels. They are really good.

You must try and see what happens.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

So, do you recommend them, does the sport offer repetitive fun or is it just a few days venture and then off to dust collecting?

depends on you..if you are a slug and think you want to exert some activity and bought these on a whim. they might collect some dust after two weeks....but if you are an active person and totally love to rollerblade..they will become a second mode of transportation for you possibly.

i tried it 13 years ago and I fucking still love it...but i like snowboarding better

I like blades, they're great along a beach or park path during a nice sunny day.

There're a stretch of beach near St Kilda in Melbourne that is rollerblade city during summer.

            Have fun!

Yes I do , i had my first pair 15 years ago (not so high teck as today)

I loverolleblading , why? may be the speed , because of the jumping. There are a lot of thing you can do as you learn and then it´s better.
