Must be... But equipment is supplied by comcast . I called many times, from my T-Mobile cell , and they said it was " normal ", that I just needed to reboot the modem ... lol...
I expect my phone/internet to be working all the time ... no to check every morning/night if I have a dial tone.
I asked them to send a tech, verify the wiring and change the modem : they said no .
Will check ATT U-verse ...
