I do now for about three months promoting chaturbate, make around 5 signups daily and the earnings are more or less 0. Sometimes they pay $1 for a signup maybe for each 100 signups I get a $1 signup, don't understand why. So my opinion is that you need 100 signups daily for getting a little earning.
