I'm not going to speak for all brokers and/or ad networks but JuicyAds has tens of thousands of sites in many different niches in our network, it would be way too much work for us test every one for our own benefit.

We also offer other benefits like being able to geo-target different traffic sources which benefits both publishers in getting more for ad spots and advertisers by targeting geos that will better fit their target site or product. That's just one reason why so many prefer to use a network like JuicyAds over going direct.
