It's far easier to charge things on mobile in a lot of other countries than it is in the IS. On some operators you can charge people through their phone bill with just a click. Or start a subscription. This makes the traffic a lot more valuable for advertisers.

We've had advertisers willing to pay more than $100 CPM for certain countries on mobile.

thanks you,this makes sense! Why is it difficult to charge people in US through their phone bill or subscription though? Are there laws preventing it?

If you are gonna list the countries you also have to think about the penetration of smart phones/mobile devices in a country.

This is more accurate other than Germany being 2, I'd say it is more like 5th for us these days due to the regulation changes. Almost all mobile countries sell, even India, Turkey, Malaysia etc.
