I have used oxeo.com for 3 years with no problems. they always have someone on icq 24/7 . I know nada about the tech stuff. I just send them an email with what I want, and they install it for me. They also write code/scripts for less than 50% of market for their customers.

they also take pay pal

Also I have been with these guys for 4+ years through the good and the bad and I have heard people claim to be a little cheaper but hands down these guys offer the best customer service so i would not use anyone else. If I had to use them for one reason it would be that.

I'm sorry that we left a negative impression on you. There was an issue with shipping your server at that time and I apologize for it. At that time the server was under warranty from dell, insured with fedex and was covered by american express, so we could have resolved everything right there and then. We're not in the business of burning bridges and try to do right by everyone that we do business with. This occured more than 2 years ago, we're a much stronger company now. I would love the opportunity to prove otherwise to you and make right on our past dealings.

since that incident two years ago the shipping policy has changed at oxeo, we are now using original shipping materials from dell to ship equipment to avoid any shipping problems. Again, I do apologize for this and I would still like to extend my offer to you. I'm certain that given the opportunity, we can make right on past events and move towards a mutually beneficial future.

I hosted with oxeo in the past.....as soon as they hear you want to leave them they will pull every dirty trick in the book.
I didn't want to post this but after I saw DatingGold's posts I guess this wasn't the first or last time they treat a leaving customer like shit.

P.S. - On the good side when I hosted with them they seemed reliable...a little pricey then most though (probably because they are a reseller of isprime)

I think its great that you have improved your shipping policy but how cheap can you get? How hard is it to go buy a new box, a bunch of bubble wrap, and popcorn to protect the server?

You guys were mad that they were leaving and did not give two shits or you guys are cheap asses.

Sorry it just pisses me off when a host does this. I had a box up at XO and they did the same shit to me.

Wow, I'm really neutral on something like this, but I'd be really upset if a colo server came back to me in that condition where it was inoperable.

At no point in time was anything done intentional. That particular server was sent out using a shipping center in the building that we were in, I'm not shifting blame on them, just stating the facts. On multiple occasions i've apologized for how things worked out, more than 2 years have past since. I've heard that they are just rtesellers of isprime. Also for the record the deal they are offering here is ok but not that great. TechieMedia, Mojohost, webair all of them are running specials that are actually a better deal for the buck and they are all not resellers and very professional. These guys wouldnt get nasty to a customer that wanted to leave like this Dating Gold incident? things that make you go hummmmmmm.

Oxeo is great. They have a great group of technical guys who work on your server, like it's theirs. And REALLY 24/7. Not some outsourced guy/company who know nothing.

I dunno man whats all the hate on these guys just ordered my server with them yesterday got all my shit moved over YESTERDAY ( Thanks Adam BTW) for this price can't go wrong. They moved everything for me even made a custom script for me at no cost to me what else can you ask for?

All I want is my sites up ALL the time and support there to take care of me ALL the time and at a sweet price I mean $1500 smackers for a fully managed 100mbps and a quad core server with 4 gigs of ram with .... Shit I got quotes for double that price from some of the hosts mentioned here.

Well when you decide to move, they won't give two shits about you. They fucked shit up nonstop and he extended our service agreement just because we added another server to our rack, he extended it a year without telling us. So when I wanted to move cause I thought time was up, he was shafting me for another 9 months or whatever.

In short he fucked us over, then got pissed and threw our $7k server in a tore up box and put some tissue paper as packing material.

Good luck. It may have been two years but what goes around comes around as you can see from others in this thread.

Oxeo is a good company if you don't know shit about servers.. I just copy and paste what a script says I need into an email and send it to support at oxeo , they know what it is an install it.

Also, I can't code, so I can send an email with what I would like to save time on, and they write a script for peanuts since I'm a customer... and their scripts always work, because it's their servers.

If you are a server tech, you can do better. If you are not a tech guy, then I suggest oxeo.

I agree they took care of me, did custom scripting for me at no charge, my other (not going to mention any names) fuckers charged me for every little thing I mean i've been their customer for years and referred people to them and every time i needed something it they would always find a way how to bill me for it.

With Oxeo things are much smoother I needed another script installed today again they charged me nothing 30 minutes after my request I had everything running. I mean when it comes to programing my own shit I am a dumb motherfucker so I need someone to manage my shit for me and not charge me for every little fucking thing. I mean the price is right the service is great I can't ask for anything more. They make it sparkle for me
