From my exp
Freelancer 0$-150k
In house. 20-75k *although I heard a whisper of someone on $125k in house.
Run your own studio/team.. Sky is the limit. You are only restricted by the talent you can find.

It all depends on skillset/location at the end of the day.

nope i didn't know - when i was told last week about it i wasn't that surprised - i just want good design work done at a reasonable price.

i did treat 'Anna' differently though than other freelancers because she presented herself with circumstances that I could empathize with, now that I know 'Anna' is the background just focusing on designing it's a different story. Gimme Website is no longer a one 24 year old girl operation.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!
