i wouldnt pay 4k.. if your going to do it cheaper then let me know i can get a normal site and in 2 - 3 months i could get the same traffic stats with all my traffic methods. Im looking for some decent to do some work on so if you have a cheaper price in mind hit me up.

As for you not paying 4k, thats your choice. As you can see from my previous post, theirs already been a solid 4k offer. No sense in me really selling it cheaper now is there? Don't know why you'd even ask if it'll be cheaper lol...
As for you being able to do it in 2-3 months, I think 4k+ is a very reasonable amount to pay for 2-3 months worth of this type of work..

I'm sure your methods of making a site get to my level in that time is very realistic, maybe do it rather than buy a site that's already there. Save yourself whatever you're about to pay..;)

Not that I'm hatting, but I do kind of doubt you'll be able to get get a site you launched 15,000+ visits from Google the first month of your launch like I did..;)

My affiliate programs are mainly by clicks. Some affiliate programs I run pay by signups and things like that and yea, I do get signups...;) It's just 1 of the ways I make money off of it.

4k to 5k is not bad for a site like this. But the question is how much work are you putting into this site to keep it up there? How automated is the backend (no pun intended).

BTW, first you said "This sale ends when I'm satisfied with price!".

jonm76 - I'm not putting much into the site. You put in about 10-15min a day in the backend. Very easy and just click on submitted content and hit "accept". Basically as easy as that...

Also about the being satisfied with price, I don't see what the issue is. I do want the offers to keep coming in cause I'm not satisfied ith 4.5k lol. I'll be setting a BIN soon.
