                                                                                          first. --- cite about 5% known/verifiable facts

                                                                                          second. --- refference known, popular conspiracy theories (area 51 etc)

                                                                                          third. --- make up a lot of insane shit.. some sort of plausible, some
                                                                                          completely rediculous

                                                                                          fourth --- keep peppering the conversation with "listen, don't take my word for it, do your homework, do some research"

                                                                                          fifth. --- if the audience has made it this far, you now have a license to say anything you want... so don't hold back.... describe the aliens in detail, talk about them, their personalities, their agendas, their politics, how they control the UN

                                                                                                                                              However, ya'd think that with each of these myriad bases with 1.5 to 2k employees per base and underground tunnels with Mach 2 trains flying from coast to coast and all the geologists and construction peeps that they had to use in the whole thing - with one in thirty of them being trained in E.T. combat scenarios... and casualties in Canada regarded as "Canadian heros" because of their interaction with the aliens - deathbed confessions - etc... more than just one guy would be stepping forward...

                                                                                                                                                  Considering we flew our first manned mission roughly 40 years ago... and 40 years before that we barely had commercial aircraft that could make it from coast to coast... I think it's foolish to assume that we don't have the capability to make routine Lunar missions 40 years after the first manned trip.

                                                                                                                                                  If we can't I think we failed as a species.

                                                                                                                                                                                  Other than the FAA I don't think we have many non government outfits that would be able to monitor the globe for air travel.

                                                                                                                                                                                  I don't put much stock in conspiracy theories, but I do know that the level of secrecy in the Gov towards the world knows no bounds. I won't assume something isn't possible is there's reasonable doubt.

Only 2 commanders with that last name in the war; Herbert Schneider died while in command of U-522 and Manfred Schneider only commander the small XXIII boat U-4706 for the last 3 months of the war, never on patrol. I can tell you when Vandenberg shoots off a missile and they 170 miles away.

                                                                                                                                                                                                  People would notice if this was happening daily somewhere.
