Get rid of the banner at the top, it takes too long to load and does nothing for the site.

Give the surfer the reason you exist and "what's in it for him".

Give the surfer a reason to stop and look at your site. If only like this embedded video.

The top picture should be one of a girl with a message for the surfer like "Kat Young says stop and take the weight off your feet" what you have is saying nothing to the surfer.

Your text is good but corny, consider the surfer has heard it all 1000 times before, get personal. Talk to the surfer.

Others are better at SEO and getting traffic, I'm talking about keeping it and selling it.
