I think McDonalds sell exactly what people want. Fat & Sugar are delicious. You feel nice and full after a meal and you feel happy too for a while.
I love a big Mac once in a while but I've learned to eat better. Having a Mc Burger once in a while isn't so bad. Just remember to eat salad and fruit too. Drink smaller softdrinks or just go for water. Take vitamins, drink orange juice or pinaple juice, get some excursive, lay off the cigs. You'll be fine.
