If anyone wants to take it on as an OSS initiative, I'm all in and will provide the code that did the fingerprinting. Serious players need only apply. In any case, I can't afford the possible (and likely) legal repercussions of digitally fingerprinting other people's sites...

Hopefully somebody takes you up on that, because I liked the concept.
Perhaps you can pitch/sell your finger-printing app as an add-on to an existing anti-piracy product/service.
