Do you go to the Chiropractor?

Working all day in computer will cause your neck become very hard, push the nerves and give you headaches... Unless you are genetically gifted to be extremelly flexible...

So, do you go to the CHIROPRACTOR / KINESIOLOGIST ?

    Just askin...

used to, one was terrible and useless the other was a friend of mine and very good. so getting a good one makes a difference.

start working the back in the gym though, that helps with posture more than any doctor or chiro will ever do. masseuse is a good place to start too.

I can't for the life of me figure out how to convert my pain with CHIROPRACTORS. I mean, look at people like PENUSFLOGGER who say their BACK feels better. I can't for the life of me find out how ANYBODY feels better. Its a BIG SCAM. The entire CHIROPRACTOR industry is built on lies!

I like getting adjusted more than getting a massage. I go Chiro monthly

I've been to the Chiropractor a few times this year. My back was becoming very uncomfortable, when just sitting doing nothing, or trying to get a sleep at night. It's expensive as hell, but it does help. I stopped going a few months ago when my house got flooded, but i intend on going back soon and doing more corrective work on my back and neck. What he did do in the few sessions i had already did help a little and ease the pain, so i will be going back for sure...

I find that massage therapy helps me the most. I do not trust a chiropractor snapping, twisting and cracking me. Also stretching in the morning and night helps a LOT!

I was given one of those massage chair pads and there are times when I let it give my back a massage and it feels good. Plus, and I should take this advice myself, a properly adjusted desk and chair height should always be used depending on your own height and body dimensions. One size does not fit all.

massage girls are $13 for a good full hour rubdown. sometimes i get girls at the house to walk on my back if they're really petite, under 100lbs. but back in usa a chiropractor did work wonders on me before. more painful, but i left there feeling 3 inches taller and with a real upright posture. no substitute for the real thing. but i prefer the girly rubdowns

I also try to do strength training to make my back more resilient. That said, I do crack my own back sometimes, but I don't need anyone else to do that for me. It's not great, but it feels amazing.

I don't, but I do have to use a lot of ergonomic gear to keep myself from getting pains in my shoulders and hands.

I used to have headaches that would come back over and over again. I went to a chiropractor and after a few sessions, those headaches were almost gone.
Now I am always leery when the chiro is about to snap my neck
But overall I would say that if you find a good chiro, it is well worth it.
