I like Verotel. The new join forms are great and the admin panel is easy and fast to navigate.
However, I pulled you guys from the top of my cascade when I realised there is an extra 1.5% added onto rebills. Why is this? The Premiere account rates were very competitive until I saw this.
Then there is the tech support hours. Verotel do not have 24 hour tech support unlike Epoch and CCBill!

Just a couple of negatives there but I've always been paid on time with no issues.
