America should go the way of mandatory enlistment. When I speak with young people (25 to 30) from countries that have it they are so much more focused and dependable than the average American kid of the same age.Comment

I think that has more to do with bad parenting. Parents of the 80s were lazy, mine never did anything to discipline me. Thankfully I turned out ok but I can't say the same for a lot of my old friends. It's only getting worse, kids run the show now and everyone is special or has a condition

I think the military should always be rich in tradition.Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
