                                                      Eliminate the "war on drugs" and see if it makes a difference. The article says that place is a hub for international drug trafficking. Wherever major drug trafficking is found, violence follows.

                                                              If you read the article more closely, it says that mostly Latino gangs operate drug trafficking in mind.

                                                              Blacks have no idea what all the violence is about, it's like a sport to them, they just shoot each other for fun.
