Used to get more help from Tjeezer's than the person who was being paid to assist me.

In the past few months, I've sent three e-mail inquiries.
My Affiliate manager responded in a timely fashion, but did not answer my question.
When I sent follow up messages, he never replied.

I called them last week Monday, asking to have my Affiliate Manager changed.
After 30 minutes on hold, I was connected to a CSR.
He was bright enough to ask why my Traffic was down 95%

I told him I pulled my links because I cannot get support.
He apparently IM'd a higher level, then told a Senior manager would return my call.
Never heard from them.

My POV - give up.
They don't care, they are just collecting checks until they are sold.
They won't do anything difficult - like respond.
