Just saw this, I don't surf the boards much so I do apologize for not responding sooner or letting everyone know what was going on. I only saw this cuz someone ICQ'd me the thread actually.
Anyway, we knew of the downtime right away and we sent our on-call admin down to fix the problem, which turned out to be a dead gigabit nic card. Looks like we had a total downtime of about 6 hours. I apologize for the inconvenience, but you get what you pay for....we're back up 100% now
