It happens with most start up industries. The small guys get in and some become big and then they take over. The odds on competing with them are slim to none unless you're doing something the big guys can't take over.

And a lot of those bitching were raking it in giving away as much porn as they could back in the TGP days. TGPs ruined the magazine industry. Did any of you care? No you sat and gloated and told everyone you were the new kids on the block and the magazines didn't get it and couldn't "market online. Yes they couldn't give away more free porn than anyone else.
Online porn over charged and ripped off customers with little thought or care. Most thought it would never end. File Lockers show you the costs of downloading and promoting porn. What does it cost via a Piracy site to download 100 GB? They are promoted by affiliates and the add ons are a decent design, CMS, Site and Content.
A porn membership should of cost a lot less. you built a system where some affiliates got very rich. By over charging, ripping off or straight conning customers. Would you buy from an industry that treated you so badly?
Yes use the excuse that File lockers don't pay for content. Some top Bros here paid $15,000 per site for their product. Then came on here and told everyone they were making 1,000 sign ups a month. Over the space of a year $1.25 per $30 sign up. Around $15 per sign up went to the affiliates section of the business.

The law is quite clear on this, if it's user uploaded all tubes are in the clear until they receive a DMCA notice. If they remove the content they are within the law, if they don't the lawyers are waiting.
OK they bought an award, big deal. Awards have been sold for longer than any of us have been alive. FSC have made their choice and others can make theirs and not give to FSC. Not that many here do.
Ultimately the bitching comes down they give more free porn away than anyone else and get all the traffic. They're reducing the pot for everyone and increasing it for them.
