ok everyone make a post of anything and then update it on here even though it is usless to all but me, I am going to start with my food intake to make sure I am getting enough in my body
Breakfast bagel, 2 glasses of OJ, small steak for lunch with some kind of green mix veggies, bread butter, diet coke, water.
Oh I had a frozen chocolate covered banana lol.
Dinner didn't really get to it today, I was busy but still ate some crap ok see you in the morning GFY log
