I like the design , especially the photo and the red lips. The color scheme works well, it feels inviting. I'm using Firefox and the search box on your site is cut off on the left side. Not sure if that was intentional or not.

Are you going to make money solely through the links on the right navigation or were you going to introduce other monetization? Are you going for mainstream surfers as well? If so I recommend reading the blog JohnChow.com, it has a wealth of information about monetizing mainstream blogs and also check out entrepreneurs-journey.com.

Nice Layout!

But you forgot to add meta tags (keywords / description of your blog) and the permalinks are not SE friendly.

- Change the permalinks to /%postname%/
- Also the titles of the post should be ( Post Title First - Before BlogName )
- A Bookmark Us Button

Oh and where's the ads? what are you promoting?

Here are some more basic things you need to do:

Post titles are H3 tagged right now, make them H2
Add Title Tag for hompage
Post URL permalinks need to be SE friendly (like Moogle said)
Make blog title a bigger font
Add RSS feed access button

cuz they'll stand out more to the surfers and to the search engines. It goes something like this:

Header 1

Header 2
- Header 3

I can see everything just fine, but I think on 800x600 your blog with have a horizontal scroll bar, and that's not good.

sry i get that H... (size matters??) means size, but does the SE weight it differently??

Yes the search engine holds importance of H1 tag higher than H2 and that higher than H3 tag. So the size per say is not really the determining factor. It's the tag itself.

That is a nice blog, i don't like the 'z' in the domain name, but that is just me

Your blog post text seem to be good, a image here and there, nothing wrong with that.
Your sidebars may need a little work, add a banner, some sale texts, they are quite empty at this moment.

Actually, I'm going to blank it out and start all over...trying to not really roll with ads, per say...just really want to stick with links for now...might throw in a ad or two, but it has to visually coincide with the overall layout.

My site is going to be primarily directed towards womenz...but of course, doods as well.

Also, xxxtra thanks for the additional dating sites/info. Really appreciate it!

I know that I haven't done much to improve the layout...but that will all be remedied once I re-tool it (content-wise). 1) I was without intrawebz for exactly one month, 2) I just moved out of my ex wife's house about two weeks ago (RIGHT before Christmas), and 3) just started my weekend job.

So yeah, I've been busy...but after things settle down, it's getting back to business!
