You can't make a deal with someone whom think you shouldn't exist. That's what Israel is dealing with, they are dealing with people whom will; always want to destroy them because their religion tells them they should.

You simply can't make deals or have a lasting peace with another group when 90% of their population isn't interested in keeping the peace.
