    $$$ by the hour or by GB ? Opinion please.

    Doing some financial planning for new tube-site. Should I pay surfers by the hour or by the GB to upload content. Also is "public domain" one word or two?

              If you pay by GB you will have fresh content and that is good for SEO and SE traffic is best ;)
