I grew up in Kaneohe/Kailua Hawaii ? In the 5th grade a friend and I learned to dive with the help of his older brothers. We would dive all the time and you could ride the bus for .50 cents anywhere on the island. We dove and body surfed all over with his brothers tanks and our misc stuff. It wasn't until I moved back to the mainland and went on a Bahama vacation that I learned I needed paperwork just to fill a tank.

The insurance companies now rule everything we do.
