    Question about selling a domain

    Hi,

    I'm just curious: Is the value of domain simply the words in it or do you take into account how much revenue it's making each month?

    I mean, say you have a site that's generating 20k per month in revenue. Wouldn't that make it work at least $240,000, a years worth of revenue?

    Just curious.

      It's both. You should ask 3-5 years the monthly revenue. I have sold names for almost 10 years revenue. Because the words were also good.

      You can also sell based on the cost of the traffic to the end user.

      The main stream adult market is going wild and the adult is also starting to pickup.

          One thing you said I don't understand:
