I'm sure the people who first produced crack have a target market, probably identified by their marketing department in the next tenement up - NOT! This stuff just happens.

Sorry folks, in the 90s during the crack scare it was more a black drug.

Now, who knows. Meth seems to be a white thing, and blacks are now addicted to power, money, and banging white girls on meth.

To do drugs extensively (as a population) it seems you need to see hopelessness and loss all around you, and to be seen as second class citizens. Blacks in the 90s, whites today.
